TIME INTERVALS

 

Interviews will be scheduled at 15-minute intervals, following the structure below:

 

8:00 am – 12:30 pm - Interviews

 

12:30 pm – 2:00 pm – Lunch (see dining section below)

 

2:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Interviews

WHEN TO FLY IN / OUT

 

To take full advantage of the interviews, it is advisable to arrive on Sunday and return to FL on Wednesday.

 

AIRPORT TO FLY IN

 

The best airport to fly in is Westchester County Airport (HPN).  It is the closest to the Sleepy Hollow Hotel (approx. 30 mins).  But flying into LaGuardia (LGA), Newark (EWR) or even JFK would put you about 1 hour out depending on traffic.

WHERE TO STAY

​

There are many hotels in the White Plains area which is only a few miles away from the club. Below please find a list of the popular travel sites to check out.

TRANSPORTATION FROM / TO THE AIRPORT

​

If you wish to rent a car, feel free to do so, but you may not necessarily need it.  Transportation from the airport to the hotel and back can be handled inexpensively via Uber or a local taxi.  

​

Some hotels offer a free airport shuttle to HPN.

​

DINING

 

We will organize lunch and dinner for you as follows:

 

• Sunday evening - casual night at a local venue (TBD)

​

• On Monday and Tuesday, lunch is served at the Apawamis Club, buffet-style

​

• On Monday night we will have dinner at Flames Steakhouse (back by popular demand after our 2023 and 2024 job fairs) and on Tuesday night we will be at Old Oaks CC (our traditional host in NY).

​

CANDIDATES PROFILE BOOKLETS

 

Booklets containing the profiles of the candidates you will be interviewing will be handed out on Monday morning.  

 

We will make every effort to email you the profiles a few days before you travel so you can read / review them ahead of time on your tablet or computer
