POSITIONS AVAILABLE and HOURLY RATES

• All staff members are required to train in multiple F&B positions (food runner, expo, busser, banquet server, and regular serving. 

​

• Supervisors:  from $25.00

​​

• Servers:  $4.00 + tip, plus 13% auto gratuity plus 100% of any additional gratuities received when working at A La Carte Services. Rates for setup and banquets/ private events range from $15-$22 per hour

​​

• Bartenders: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour plus 13% auto gratuity plus 100% of any additional gratuities received when working at A La Carte Services. Rates for setup and banquet/ private events range from $15-$22 per hour

​

• Actual 2023 & 2024 the hourly wages for server and bartender positions ranged between $18.00 - $40.00​

 

​

• Bussers / Food Runners: $18.00-$20.00 (plus automatic tip of 13% off Mobile Orders)

​

Note: An end-of-season bonus of .50 cents per hour worked is available to eligible employees in Food and Beverage. The Seasonal Bonus is based on performance, timeliness, and overall teamwork.

• Host: $18.00 - $19.00

• Culinary:  from $20.00 (commensurate with experience)

• Steward / Utility:  from $18.00 - $20.00

• Rec attendant (golf ops):  from $15.00 + tip

• Rec attendant (golf shop):  $18.00 - $20.00

• Fitness:  $17.00 - $19.00

• Pool Attendant:  $17.00 - $19.00

• Tennis: $18.00 - $19.00

• Golf Course Maintenance - from $20.00

• Front Desk / Reservations - $18.00 - $20.00

 

WORKING HOURS PER WEEK

• Working hours per week: full-time schedule, at least 35 hours per week; hours will vary depending on business volume and department

 

HOUSING

• Shared housing is provided off club premises;

• 2 people per room

• Type of Housing – stand-alone house

• Housing is co-ed

• Distance from the clubhouse – approx. 5 miles

• Complimentary transportation to/from work is provided

 

HOUSING COST (per week)

• Housing Cost: $65.00

• Housing deposit: $250.00 (refundable if the housing unit is left in the same condition as received, cleaned, all personal items removed, all items supplied still in place, outside cleaned, no damages).
