DURATION OF CONTRACT

  • May - October

 

POSITIONS AVAILABLE and HOURLY RATES

​

  • All staff members are required to train in multiple F&B positions (food runner, expo, busser, banquet server, regular serving, & bev cart). Each staff member could work in one or more areas depending on the demands of the business that week

​

  • Servers:  $4.00 + tip, plus 13% auto gratuity plus 100% of any additional gratuities received

​​

  • Bartenders: $8.00 / hour plus 13% auto gratuity plus 100% of any additional gratuities received 

​

  • Actual 2023 the hourly wages for server and bartender positions ranged between $18.00 - $40.00​

 

​

  • Bussers / Food Runners: $16.00 - $18.00 plus tip (pooled)

​

Note: earning potential for tipped positions ranges from $20.00 - $40.00 based upon business volume and personal performance

​

  • Host: $16.50 - $17.50

​​

  • Culinary:  $18.00 - $21.00

​​

  • Steward / Utility:  from $16.00

​

  • Rec attendant (golf):  from $15.00 + tip

​

  • Fitness:  $16.50 - $17.50

​

  • Pool Attendant:  from $16.50

​

  • Tennis: $16.00 - $18.00

​​

  • Golf Course Maintenance - $18.00 - $22.00

​​

  • Reservations - $16.50 - $17.50

 

WORKING HOURS PER WEEK

​

  • Working hours per week: full-time schedule, at least 35 hours per week; hours will vary depending on business volume and department

 

HOUSING

​

  • Shared housing is provided off club premises;

  • 2 people per room

  • Type of Housing – stand-alone house

  • Housing is co-ed

  • Distance from the clubhouse – approx. 5 miles

  • Complimentary transportation to/from work is provided

 

HOUSING COST (per week)

​

  • Housing Cost: $55.00

  • Housing deposit: $250.00 (refundable if the housing unit is left in the same condition as received, cleaned, all personal items removed, all items supplied still in place, outside cleaned, no damages).

ADDITIONAL PERKS

​

  • Season end bonus – $0.50 / hour worked.  Eligibility is based on performance; In order to be eligible for the bonus, staff members must work a complete season from the start date (mid-May) through October 20th. The bonus is for the F&B front of house (FOH) department only.

  • We provide complimentary transportation to and from the housing. We also offer bi-weekly excursions, weekly trips to the grocery store and employee outings.

 

  • Internet and cable are included in the weekly price along with bedding, basic cooking utensils and a community TV in each living room.
