All staff members are required to train in multiple F&B positions (food runner, expo, busser, banquet server, regular serving, & bev cart). Each staff member could work in one or more areas depending on the demands of the business that week

Supervisor: from $20.00 (commensurate with experience)

Servers: $4.00 + tip, plus 13% auto gratuity plus 100% of any additional gratuities received

Bartenders: $8.00 / hour plus 13% auto gratuity plus 100% of any additional gratuities received

Bussers / Food Runners: $15.00 plus tip (pooled)
Note: earning potential for tipped positions ranges from $20.00 - $30.00 based upon business volume and personal performance

Steward / Utility: from $16.00 (commensurate with experience)

Rec attendant (golf): from $14.00 + tip (commensurate with experience)

WORKING HOURS PER WEEK

Working hours per week: full-time schedule, at least 35 hours per week; hours will vary depending on business volume and department

Housing deposit: $250.00 (refundable if the housing unit is left in the same condition as received, cleaned, all personal items removed, all items supplied still in place, outside cleaned, no damages).

Season end bonus – $0.50 / hour worked. Eligibility is based on performance; In order to be eligible for the bonus, staff members must work a complete season from the start date (mid-May) through October 20th. The bonus is for the F&B front of house (FOH) department only.
