TIME INTERVALS

 

Interviews will be scheduled at 15-minute intervals, as follows:

 

8:00 am – 12:00 pm - Interviews

 

12:00 pm – 2:00 pm – Lunch (served on site)

 

2:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Interviews

WHEN TO FLY IN / OUT

 

Given the unpredictability of the weather up north, it is advisable to arrive in FL on Sunday and leave on Wednesday.

 

Important: Leaving early on Tuesday is not recommended because it cuts into the interview time on the day of departure. 

 

AIRPORT TO FLY IN

 

It is best to fly into West Palm Beach Airport (PBI) as it is closest to the interview location.  Flying into / out of Fort Lauderdale airport (FLL) could also be an alternative (approx. 45 minutes from Jupiter).

 

WHERE TO STAY

 

There are 3 hotels within 2-3 miles from the hotel: Courtyard Marriott Palm Beach Jupiter, Hampton Inn Jupiter / Juno Beach, and Holiday Inn Express North Palm Beach

 

But there are many more hotels in the Palm Beach Gardens area (where our job fairs used to be organized) or in the airport area which are serviced by hotel shuttles.

TRANSPORTATION IN FL

 

Most hotels in / around the Palm Beach airport area provide shuttle service from the airport.  

 

If you do not plan to rent a car while in FL, an Uber should solve most travel issues in and around the Palm Beach area.
