The Club at Ibis is the 3rd largest private club in Florida. In 2015, the Club completed a 37-million-dollar renovation to the main clubhouse and adjacent facilities and will be spending 30+ million dollars in the next few years on golf course renovations and additions and enhancements to the facilities.

The Club takes an aggressive path toward continued excellence. They have invested a lot in their facilities but they also invest a lot in their employees. The Club focuses on high quality. They value high performers and work hard to keep them happy and progressing.

The Club has high expectations of the team and teaches an accelerated training program. Although the Club is very large, the General Manager and the management team interact with all the employees. They make an effort to ensure that each employee has an exceptional working experience at the Club. Most years, the majority of the H2B workers who have previously worked at the Club request to return because of how they were treated.

INCENTIVE PROGRAM
​Hourly Wage Increases – Ibis offers top performers an hourly wage increase mid-season. This increase is based on performance, attendance, attitude, member satisfaction scores, and successful completion of the training objectives.
Bonuses – Ibis offers top performers an end-of-the-season bonus. This bonus is based on performance, attendance, attitude, member satisfaction scores, and successfully completing the program until the release date indicated by PGI and The Club at Ibis.
