DURATION OF CONTRACT

​

  • May - October

 

POSITIONS AVAILABLE and HOURLY RATES

​

Captains - from $16.00 - $19.00 (commensurate with experience)

  • Requirement - prior experience in fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club and leadership qualities 

 

Servers - $11.50 - $15.00 (commensurate with experience)

  • Requirement - Three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club

 

Cooks - from $13.00 - $18.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

  • Requirement - Three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club

 

BONUS

​

  • A bonus in the amount of $1,000 will be distributed to each employee as follows:

    • $250 in the first week of employment​

    • $250 at the mid-point of the season

    • $500 at the end of the season (this bonus is based upon performance and successful completion of the season through October 25, 2021)

  • Note: employees who leave before October 25 will forfeit the $500 end of season bonus.

​

WORKING HOURS PER WEEK

​

  • Working hours per week: full-time schedule, at least 35 hours per week; hours will vary depending on business volume and department

 

HOUSING (per week)

​

  • Housing is provided off-premises by The Club at a cost to the employee of only $75.00 per week.  A housing deposit will be required from employees and will be collected via payroll deduction.  However, the housing deposit is refundable to the employee upon successful completion of the inspection.  The housing deposit is a taxable benefit.

  • Units are multi-bedroom condominiums and have several bedroom options.  All units are completely furnished and include lines, cable, wi-fi, utilities, and kitchenware.

​​

  • Process for room assignments: The Club will do its best to accommodate roommate preferences but they are not guaranteed.  A list of available units will be sent to all employees at the appropriate time.  Returning employees will get the first choice of unit/room.  Couples will be given the first choice of larger bedrooms with attached bathrooms.

​

  • Distance from the clubhouse – approx. 2-4 miles

​​

  • Transportation to/from work – provided

​

  • Single occupancy rooms available

​

  • Housing is co-ed

 

HOUSING COST

​

  • Housing Cost - $75.00 per week

  • Housing deposit – $300.00 (refundable, provided rental unit is good condition when the worker leaves at the end of the season)

  • Transportation Cost - NONE

  • Meals available: 1 meal / shift

  • Cost of meals: NONE
