Note: a season end bonus will be offered based on successful completion of the season and performance

 

WORKING HOURS PER WEEK

 

• Working hours per week: full-time schedule, at least 35 hours per week; hours will vary depending on business volume and department

 

HOUSING

 

• Shared housing is provided off club premises

• Transportation to/from work is provided at no cost

• 1 person per room (unless a couple)

• Housing is co-ed at times based on request/availability

• We do allow couples who are both working for us to share a unit/room with other couples in a home​​

• Housing Perks - Free wifi, TV with HBO, Cinemax and ShowTime; gym and pool membership; laundry facilities

• Housing Cost: $80.00 if single occupancy / $100 if double occupancy

• We have spent $4,500,000 on new housing since 2018.  Granite kitchen counters and kitchens are fully equipped, each room has its own cable TV, bathroom, bed, and dresser with a lockable door.

• We provide transportation to/from work and grocery shopping, only 5 blocks from downtown; free use of a full-service recreational center with pool, weight & cardio rooms within walking distance.

• ​

• We provide complimentary trips each season to all of these: zip-lining, baseball or and soccer matches, white water rafting, hiking, shopping trips, movies, and bowling as team-building adventures.

• ​

• We have ten (10) three-bedroom (3 BR) homes wich all contin separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms.  Each home has their own shared kitchen that is fully stocked with cooking ware.

• We offer a Staff Support Fund in which you may apply for funds to support further development in your career of choice via an application / approval process for high performing members of our team.
