DURATION OF CONTRACT

  • May - October

 

POSITIONS AVAILABLE and HOURLY RATES

​

  • Servers: $19.00 - $21.00​​​

​​

  • ​BONUS - Servers are eligible for a season-end bonus in the amount of $1.00 per hour worked provided certain requirements are met (completion of full season and solid performance)

  • Note: in the summer of 2022, the club decided to increase the bonus to $3.00 per hour worked.  This may repeat in 2023

​

  • Culinary: $19.00 - $23.00

​​

  • Recreation Attendant (golf ops): $18.00 - $20.00

​​

  • Housekeeping: $18.00 - $20.00

​

 WORKING HOURS PER WEEK

​

  • Working hours per week: full-time schedule, at least 35 hours per week; hours will vary depending on business volume and department

 

HOUSING

​

  • Provided on-site in brand New Employee Housing. Two 4 Bedroom/2 Bathroom units. Full Kitchen with multiple living areas. Washer dryer included. short golf cart ride to both restaurants. Includes Satellite TV and WiFi and Outdoor living areas/firepit.

  • 2 people per room (single occupancy might be available, but not guaranteed in any way)

  • Housing is co-ed

 

HOUSING COST (per week)

  • Housing Cost:

    • $50.00 / wk (double occupancy)

    • $100 / wk (single occupancy)

  • Single occupancy available for $100.00 per week

  • Housing deposit: $250.00 (refundable, provided the housing unit is left the way they were received, clean, and not damaged).  The deposit will be charged in several equal installments

  • $50 of the deposit is not refundable

The Clubhouse, an upscale dining establishment located in the center of the community, and The Landings, a more casual establishment situated right on the shores of Lake Glenville.

 

The 18-hole championship golf course was rated 4.5 stars by golf digest and is arguably the most beautiful course in the mountains. With the best tennis facilities in the area, Trillium offers two outdoor and three indoor clay composite tennis courts. Trillium is also the only club with significant onsite waterfront property on Lake Glenville.  You can dock your boat in one of our many boat slips or visit our private marina to rent a motorboat, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Aside from the amenities, Trillium is one of the most active communities on the plateau. With nightly family events, annual holiday parties, Camp Trillium, junior golf and tennis camps, multiple-member run clubs, and much, much more, Trillium is truly where families belong.
