POSITIONS AVAILABLE and HOURLY RATES

 

• DR Manager: $20.00 - $26.00

• Servers: $3.89 + tips (guaranteed minimum of $12.54 per hour)

  • when working banquets the rate is $19.00 per hour​

 

• Bartenders: $3.89 + tips (guaranteed minimum of $12.54 per hour)​

• Server Asst / Runner / Busser: $10.00 - $12.00 + tips (pooled)

​

• Host: $15.00 - $17.00

​

• Front Desk: $18.00 - $22.00 (commensurate with experience)

​

• Cooks: $19.00 - $25.00 (commensurate with experience + free housing)

​

• Housekeepers: $18.00 - $22.00 (commensurate with experience + free housing on a case-by-case basis)

 

WORKING HOURS PER WEEK

 

• Working hours per week: full-time schedule, at least 35 hours per week; hours will vary depending on business volume and department. The culinary department is anticipated to overtime through the season based on previous season statistics.

 

HOUSING

 

• Shared housing is provided on-premises;

• Housing is co-ed (dormitory style)

• Two people (2) per room

• WiFi is provided in each room

HOUSING COST (per week)

 

• Housing Cost: $0.00 - $75.00 per week (cooks are exempt from housing)

• Housing deposit: $300 refundable (refundable if the housing unit is left in the same condition as when received, cleaned, all personal items removed, all items supplied still in place, outside cleaned (if applicable), no damages)

• The deposit can be paid in full, or it may be deducted via payroll deduction over 3 consecutive pay cycles
