POSITIONS AVAILABLE and HOURLY RATES

• Servers / Bartenders: from $16.13 + additional earnings (incentive)​

  • Additional earnings (paid weekly) are based on individual and collective sales as well as performance and other criteria; historically, the incremental earning potential will likely range from $2.00 to $8.00 more per hour for a top performer.​

• Culinary: from $18.00 (commensurate with experience)

• Rec Attendant (Outside Ops / shop attendant): $13.89 + additional earnings (incentive)

  • Note: Additional earnings (paid weekly) are based on individual and collective sales as well as performance and other criteria; historically, the incremental earning potential will likely range from $2.00 to $6.00 more per hour for a top performer.​

 

WORKING HOURS PER WEEK

• Working hours per week: full-time schedule, at least 35 hours per week; hours will vary depending on business volume and department

 

HOUSING

• Housing is provided off-premises (approx. 5 miles from the club)

• 1 – 2 people per room

• Type of Housing – apartment complex (new, high end, exceptional quality)

• Housing is co-ed

HOUSING COST

• Housing Cost: - $125 / week for returners and $165.00 / week (new employees)

• Housing deposit: - $250.00 (week deducted from payroll in 5 installments of $50); refundable if certain conditions are met
