• Working hours per week: full time schedule, at least 35 hours per week; hours will vary depending on business volume and department

• Shared housing is provided on premises;

• 3-5 people per room

• Type of Housing – dormitory style

• Distance from hotel - 5 minutes walking distance

• Complimentary transportation to/from work is provided

ADDITIONAL PERKS

• Server / bartenders make a lot of tips; the hotel estimates that the hourly wage through the season could well be around $17.00 (in the shoulder months the hourly wage could average $14.00 per hour while in the summer months it could exceed $20.00 per hour

• Also, employees have a 15% discount at Mission Point outlets and possibly island wide discounts (check first with local businesses). 

• Mission Point hosted employee activities are also available; all H2B workers welcome to participate
