WORK LOCATIONS

DURATION OF CONTRACT

​

  • April 15 - Dec 31 (if candidates are hired from out of country)

  • May - October (if candidates are hired from in-country)

 

POSITIONS AVAILABLE and HOURLY RATES

​

  • Housekeeping (from $10.45 to $15.00, commensurate with experience)

 

WORKING HOURS PER WEEK

​

  • Working hours per week: full time schedule, at least 35 hours per week; hours will vary depending on business volume and department

 

HOUSING

​

  • Shared housing is provided off premises

  • Housing is co-ed but room assignments are not (unless the associates are a couple)

  • Housing Perks - gym, recreational rooms, TV, laundry facilities (coin operated)

  • Housing located approx. 4.5 miles from work

HOUSING COST

​

  • Housing Cost: $82.50 / week

  • Housing deposit: $330.00 (refundable in full or in part only if  housing unit is left in same condition as  when it was received, cleaned and damage free, with all personal items removed, all items supplied still in place, other items provided by employer returned (if applicable). 

  • Any damage caused to the unit shall be deducted from the deposit.

 

Note: according to the lease agreement, the employer will inspect the room within 21 days and reimburse amount accordingly. 

 

TRANSPORTATION

  • Public transportation (bus) available during the week

  • Shuttle transportation provided by employer at no cost is available on weekends

  • The employer will subsidize portion of the bus pass; specifically, the employer will pay for the first month's bus pass; the associates are responsible for subsequent monthly bus passes

  • The cost of a monthly bus pass is $48 which makes the cost of transportation per day being approx. $1.60

CLOSEST AIRPORT

​

  • Milwaukee- General Mitchell International Airport (MKE)

  • Airport pick-up will be done by shuttle from the airport to the housing location in Sheboygan. Details on the shuttle shall be provided to selected candidates at the appropriate time. 

 

DRUG TESTING / BACKGROUND CHECK

​

  • The employer requires all candidates to complete a post offer, pre-employment (POPE) testing.  This include a  fitness test conducted by a third party vendor at Kohler Medical and a drug test conducted by a Kohler Medical associate

  • Drug Testing (post hire) – if warranted, random post-hire testing is conducted

​

OTHER

​

  • Personal vehicle – not necessary, but a plus to have
