DURATION OF CONTRACT

• Servers + other: $16.38 - $17.50+ (commensurate with experience)

• Outside golf Ops: $16.00 - $18.00+ (commensurate with experience)

• Golf Maintenance: $16.00 - $18.00+ (commensurate with experience)

 

WORKING HOURS PER WEEK

 

• Full-time schedule, approx. 50 + hours per week; hours will vary depending on business volume and department; employees are expected to work a lot of hours

​

• ​during the summers of 2018 and 2019 workers averaged more than 50 hours per week

 

HOUSING

 

• Shared housing is provided off club premises (approx. 5 miles from the clubhouse)

• 2 people per room

• Type of Housing – house or apartment  

• Housing is co-ed

• Transportation not provided

 

HOUSING COST (per week)

 

• Housing Cost: final amount TBD but it is generally more than covered by the incremental overtime worked every week, which leaves you with at least 40 hrs paid at the rate mentioned above.

• Housing deposit: $500 (refundable provided housing is left in good standing condition, as it was when received, free of any damages other than normal wear and tear)
