• Servers: $15.00 - $17.00 + 18% SVC (pooled) + 100% add'l. gratuity

• Bartenders: $16.00 - $18.00 + 18% SVC (pooled) + 100% add'l gratuity

• Food Runners: $16.00 - $18.00 + 18% tip pool share

 

• Note: the club charges 18% in service charges which will be pooled and then distributed to the service staff

• Additionally, any tip obtained in addition to the service charge distribution is 100% kept by the server. 

 

• This could push hourly wages to anywhere from $25 / hr to $30 / hr or more for the top performer(s) ​

• Working hours per week: full-time schedule, at least 38 hours per week; hours will vary depending on business volume and department

Established in 1983, Burlingame is an equity club and master-planned community in the mountains of Western North Carolina.
