DURATION OF CONTRACT

POSITIONS AVAILABLE and HOURLY RATES

 

• Servers: base + tip

  • Note: this is a very lucrative position; during season hourly wages could exceed $25 per hour​

• Cooks: from $19 - $26 per hour (commensurate with experience)​

• Pastry Chef: the club is looking for a highly experienced Pastry Cook for whom the salary will be highly competitive, and commensurate with experience.

​WORKING HOURS (per week)

 

• Working hours per week: full-time schedule, at least 35 hours per week; hours will vary depending on business volume and department

 

HOUSING

 

• Shared housing is provided off-site, approx. 2 miles from the club

• 1 person per room

 

HOUSING COST

 

• Housing Cost: $100.00 per week

• Housing deposit: $250.00 (amount to be deducted from first paychecks at $50 per paycheck until $250 has been collected)

  • deposit is refundable if the room is left as found, with no damage​

• Meals available: 1 meal / shift

• Cost of meals: NONE
