• Hourly Wage Increase Opportunities – Boca Woods offers top performers an hourly wage increase opportunity at two (2) intervals during the season.  This increase is based on the quantity and quality of work, attitude,  job knowledge, dependability, and working relations.

• End of season bonus will be offered (amount to be determined by club and will be based on successful completion of the season as well as performance throughout the season)

 

WORKING HOURS PER WEEK

• Working hours per week: full-time schedule, at least 35 hours per week; hours will vary depending on business volume and department

 

HOUSING

​

• Shared housing is provided off club premises

• 2 people per room

• Type of Housing - luxury apartment complex

• Housing is co-ed

• Housing 1 mile away; bikes to be provided

 

HOUSING COST

​

• Housing Cost: $140.00 per week (to be further determined)

• Housing deposit: $470 (deducted in equal multiple installments). The security deposit is refundable provided certain conditions are met (must complete full term of employment, must return all uniforms and company property in reasonable condition, and must leave the property undamaged) 

• Refund will be contingent upon final inspection of the property by Premier Housing.
