PREPARING FOR THE H2B VISA INTERVIEW

We have simplified the process in a few easy steps. Read everything carefully.

VALID PASSPORT

Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your period of stay in the US.

If you have had prior US visas on an old/expired passport, please make sure to have that passport with you for the interview as well.

PASSPORT PHOTO

You will need to upload your photo after you have finished completing the online Form DS-160

For this, you need a passport photo in electronic format. Learn more about Photo Requirements

GATHER DOCUMENTS

In addition to your passport, there are a number of specific documents that you will need to have with you at the visa interview.

DS 160 - VISA APPLICATION

PGI will email you the information you will need to enter on the visa application form (DS-160).

If you are ready to fill out the visa application form (DS 160), go to DS-160

Once you have submitted your DS-160 application and received the confirmation bar code, you must click on the link below and provide the requested information

DO NOT PAY the visa fee until we have cleared you. Be prepared for it, but do not pay it.
